NAIBLY TERMS OF SERVICE

Naibly aims to provide a platform and service to allow people of diverse backgrounds to come together to accomplish various activities in a collaborative and cordial manner. The terms and policies are meant to ensure this outcome. By using Naibly apps and services you are agreeing to these terms and policy. All users are expected to follow these terms and policies. Violating any of these terms and policies can result in suspension of your account or your access to our service. Please follow these policies as you use Naibly.

We monitor activity on our platform and services to ensure that all usage conforms to our terms and policy. We also rely upon our users to report and notify us of any violations to our terms and policies. After we are notified of a potential policy violation, we may review the particular violation and take action, including restricting access to content, removing content, refusing to display content and limiting or terminating a user’s access to Naibly. We have sole discretion to make exceptions to these policies. We may or may not provide justification for these exceptions. In either case, we will not be required to provide justification.

We may occasionally modify these terms and policies, so please check back on our web site (www.naibly.com/terms) for any updates.

The following terms apply to both user generated content and user activity. To report content that you believe should be removed based on these terms and policies please directly flag content or activity on our application or website or email violations@naibly.com including a link or screenshot of the violation. If you are including screenshots, please provide enough context so that we can find the offending activity.

Illegal Activities
Illegal activities are prohibited on the Naibly platform and services. Engaging or promoting illegal activities is also prohibited. Examples of illegal activities are: Malware or phishing content, cyberbullying, selling illegal drugs, child pornography, human trafficking, terrorism. All illegal activities are prohibited not just the listed examples. We may also remove content that violates applicable local laws.
Computer Viruses, Malware, Phishing and other Cybercrime
Please do not transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious or destructive code using the Naibly platform and services. Do not distribute content that harms or interferes with the operation of the Naibly platform and services. Phishing scams on Naibly are strictly prohibited. Do not engage in activity that results in a denial of the Naibly service to either a subset of Naibly users or all Naibly users.
Hateful, False or Divisive Content and Activities
We strive to make the Naibly platform and service a collaborative, safe, productive and positive ecosystem for a diverse set of users with meaningful content and activities. We also strive to make the Naibly platform and service free of hateful, false and divisive content. While we support and value freedom of speech, we do not allow content that expresses or incites hate or violence against an individual or group. Hateful content targeting race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, political affiliation or lifestyle or philosophical viewpoint is strictly prohibited. Hate of any sort has no place on the Naibly platform or services. Nor do we allow content that provides false or misleading information. We also do not allow content that incites divisiveness and hinders collaborative and positive discourse.
Harassment, Bullying, and Threats
Content or activity that harasses, bullies, or threatens is prohibited on the Naibly platform and services. Also prohibited is activity or content that incites others to engage in these behaviors. Anyone using Naibly to single an individual or a group out for malicious abuse, threaten with serious harm, sexualize in an unwanted way, or harass in any other way, may have the offending content removed or be permanently banned from using Naibly. If we determine that the threat is imminent, we may report and escalate the violation to law enforcement.
Violence
It's not okay to post violent or gory content that's primarily intended to be shocking, sensational, or gratuitous. If posting graphic content in a news, documentary, scientific, or artistic context, please be mindful to provide enough information to help people understand what's going on. In some cases, content may be so violent or shocking that no amount of context will allow that content to remain on our platforms. Lastly, don't encourage others to commit specific acts of violence.
Exploitation of Minors
Uploading or sharing of content or collaborating on activities that exploits, or abuses children is strictly prohibited. Please report any content or activity that violates this. We will escalate and report any such activity to law enforcement and other appropriate organizations. Please do not like, share or comment on any such content for the purposes of reporting it. Please directly report such content.
Terrorist Content
Uploading or sharing of content or collaborating on activities that engages in terrorism or any sort. Please report any content or activity that violates this. We will escalate and report any such activity to law enforcement and other appropriate organizations. Please do not like, share or comment on any such content for the purposes of reporting it. Please directly report such content. We do not permit terrorist organizations to use Naibly for any purpose, including recruitment.
Regulated Activities
Naibly enables collaboration on various activities, but we currently do not allow activities that facilitate the sale of regulated products and services. Examples: alcohol, gambling, pharmaceuticals and unapproved supplements, tobacco, fireworks, weapons, or health/medical devices.
Others Personal and Confidential Information
Please do not use the Naibly platform or services to distribute personal and confidential information of others without their permission. Example: SSN, credit card numbers, passwords. Do not post or distribute images or videos of minors without consent from their legal guardians or representatives.
Spam
Spam content and activity is prohibited. Spam includes, but not limited to, sending unwanted promotional content or unwanted solicitation of any type.
Sexually Explicit, Non-Explicit Intimate and Sexual Material
Sexually explicit, non-explicit intimate and sexual material is prohibited in all content and activities. Please report violations. We may allow documentary/educational depictions of nudity on a case by case basis. Your Naibly profile picture/content cannot include mature or offensive content. We may enforce rules based on local definitions.
Impersonation and Falsification of Identity
It is ok to use a screen name on your profile, but on certain activities and collaborations your real identity may be required and it is prohibited to impersonate or falsify your identity.
Using Other’s Account
Do not access or use another user’s account without their consent.
Multiple Accounts
Do not create or use multiple accounts to evade our policies, bypass blocks or subvert restrictions placed on your account.
Links in content and activities
All links to external content and activities that are posted on the Naibly platform and services must only refer to content or activity that conform to the above policies. Do not post any link to content or activities that violates the Naibly terms and policies.

Reporting potential issues

If you encounter content or a user that you believe violates the above policies, please report it to us using the "Report Violation" action (or similarly named action) in our application or email violations@naibly.com including a link or screenshot of the violation. If you are including screenshots, please provide enough context so that we can find the offending activity.
